It’s lovely to meet you !

For over 20 years, I have been supporting leaders in demanding, often very male-dominated environments. These are worlds I find both stimulating and challenging, as they reveal both the strength and the vulnerability of those who operate within them.

I myself have experienced what it is like to persevere at all costs, to perform in silence whilst harbouring inner doubts. It is this personal journey that fuels my passion for leadership development: helping everyone find a way of leading that combines performance with integrity.

Today, I mainly help female executives and leaders to take a decisive step forward: to embody a presence that inspires confidence, to make clear decisions and to exercise sustainable leadership, without sacrificing their energy or authenticity.

My role? To help them become the protagonists of their own story once again.

I know exactly what you're going through.

My mission (the common goal we have been working towards): to restore work to its rightful place, creating a world where people can bring their true selves and make their unique contribution, and where everyone can ‘grow’ in every way.

October. 7.30 am. My car pulls into the underground car park. A well-oiled routine: keys, bag, access badge. I’ve already been working for an hour, thinking ahead to the day ahead. And there, in the silence of the morning, sitting in front of the still-black screen, my neck stiff, my shoulders tense and my jaw clenched, a question springs to mind:

“What’s the point of all this?”

Everything is in place: the meetings, the dashboards, the decisions to be made. I’m meeting or even exceeding my targets, but something is fading away.

I’m here, on autopilot, physically present, alert, but inside, I’m no longer there. I stand tall, but I’m wavering.

I’ve always known how to adapt. To read the subtle signs. To understand expectations, even to anticipate them.

I grew up in a family where there was no room for emotions — where you had to be strong, reliable, efficient. I learnt very early on to make others shine: my mother, my colleagues, my managers, my clients.

I was the one who adjusted the spotlights so that others could take centre stage.

I knew how to meet other people’s expectations. But my own? I didn’t even know how to articulate them anymore.

The first time I felt I truly belonged was at a major international consulting firm.

At last, an environment where I could breathe, where my curiosity wasn’t a flaw but a strength, where I was encouraged to put forward ideas and think more broadly.

A stimulating, demanding, formative environment where I also discovered a demanding yet fair way of working: if you criticise, you’re asked, ‘And you, what have you done to help? ’ A phrase that has stayed with me.

There, I learnt to work as part of a team, to read the political dynamics, to find my place. I met some wonderful people there. I found my true self there.

But when my manager left, a new one took his place and the atmosphere changed, and I no longer felt at home there.

So I left.

I joined another company – a different, more traditional one – where I quickly took on more responsibility. A few years later, when the company was sold, and thanks to the trust of a major client, I secured a huge contract and my team grew from 17 to 27 people in three months.

At the same time, life didn’t go easy on me.
Yet I carried on working like a madwoman. I made myself available to everyone. I kept my commitments, played my roles, wore my masks…

Every morning, I slipped into my ‘strong woman’ persona: a flawless smile, an impeccable presence, but inside… I was being crushed by a difficult family situation, overwhelming responsibilities and a constant mental and emotional burden.

I held my ground on all fronts, but deep down, I was quietly falling apart.

Until that morning, when, on the road, this thought crossed my mind: ‘What if I turned back?’

That morning, I understood.

I, who had always known how to make others shine, no longer knew what I wanted for myself. I, who had learnt to read the subtle signs, was blind to my own needs. I was in constant survival mode.

It was time for a change… to mark a new turning point.

I, for whom work is so important, who knows, who has seen just how much fun it can be… It was no longer a question of putting up with my work, my exhaustion, my family – in short, my life.

So I set out on the journey back to myself, I began to explain

Together with them, I am working on:

  • Regain your composure and clarity of thought so you can make clear-headed decisions even under pressure
  • Adopt a confident, poised stance that inspires trust and ensures you are recognised and heard at the right level
  • To exercise healthy, inspiring and sustainable leadership that unites people without burning out
  • Combining performance and well-being, without compromising either your energy or your integrity
  • To become the protagonist of your own story once again, by choosing your own path rather than simply going along with it

Coaching

For me, coaching is a journey of inner transformation: finding your breath again, realigning yourself, and ensuring that your actions are finally in tune with what truly matters.

Many of the leaders I support operate in environments with rigid codes of conduct: they carry a heavy burden, sometimes doubt their legitimacy, and seek to make their voices heard without compromising themselves.

Together, we work to establish a poised and confident stance that inspires trust and respect, without the need to overdo it.

My role is to provide a safe yet challenging space where you can clarify your priorities, manage pressure, make discerning decisions and exercise leadership that unites without exhausting you.

Change management and transformation

I have spent over 20 years in environments where change was the only constant. Mergers, reorganisations, new models… I have seen just how stimulating, but also how unsettling, this can be for both teams and leaders.

What I have learnt is that we do not get through these times with processes alone, but above all with purpose, connection and clarity.

Today, I help leaders stay the course in the storm: to understand human dynamics, to rally people around a shared vision, and to create cultures where people and performance are no longer at odds. Because sustainable transformation cannot be imposed; it is built together.

My values

My values are the guiding principle behind my support. They are not just empty words, but real-life experiences that I incorporate into my work every day.

  • Courage, because I’ve learnt for myself to switch off autopilot and to mark turning points in my life and career.
  • Curiosity, because it opens up new horizons. It fuels my love of diverse ideas, cultures and people, and encourages me to keep learning, to embrace difference as a source of richness, and to broaden the scope of what is possible.
  • Compassion, because I know what it’s like to hold on when everything inside is falling apart. I create safe spaces where people can take off their masks and finally breathe.
  • Interpersonal grace, which combines care, respect and appreciation. It is the way of treating oneself and others with fairness, balancing high standards with sensitivity. It invites us to recognise the value of what is, and to nurture it with grace.
  • Integrity, because no lasting leadership can be built by betraying who you are. It extends to the freedom to speak one’s truth and to give others permission to do the same.
  • Collaboration, because I firmly believe that collective intelligence always exceeds the sum of individual contributions.

Working together means choosing a different path forward: one marked by discernment, depth and a light touch. It means daring to breathe new life into your journey, to build a lasting success that truly reflects who you are.
